		<description>On our way home from Scotland visiting near Fort Augustus in the early hours of the morning something ran out into the road. When looking at books I have come to a descision that it was a Pine Marten. I was very pleased as probably these are quite rare to see.</description>

Low tide between 07:00 and 09:00
High tide between 13:00 and 15:00
Low tide between 19:00 and 21:00

these times are only approximations and can be as much as one hour out according to sources.
